The company also informed the android authority about this issue and gave assurance to the authority that, the OnePlus 5 team will be constantly in connection with the buyers for all the support. The fix is now rolling out through an OTA update for the OnePlus 5. The OnePlus 5 team is pushing out OxygenOS 4.5.6 hot fix OTA to resolve the automatic reboot issue, so all the buyers are advised to upgrade to this build as early as possible. The Change log will be fixed the issue such as reboot caused by dialing 911 and 112 on certain OnePlus 5 units. At the same time, this OTA will be incremental. The OTA will reach a small percentage of users at first and the company assured that the broader rollout will be done as soon as possible they can.

OnePlus 5 was also launched in India on July 22nd 2017 and the availability of this brand is only through Amazon the authorized online retail partner for OnePlus. The automatic rebooting issue has not reported from India so far after the launch; but, now the brand is very conscious about the issue and working very hard to sort the issue at any cost.
